Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at stayupprayup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• The subject line: Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item

If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. Approved issues may receive a replacement of the same item.

Refunds

**Turn Inside Out - Before washing, turn the T-shirt inside out. This helps protect the print from abrasions and damage during the wash

**Use Cold Water - Wash the T-shirt in cold water. Hot water can harm the print and fade the fabric color.

**Mild Detergen - Use a mild, bleach-free detergent. Harsh chemicals can degrade the print and fabric quality.

**Avoid Fabric Softeners - Do not use fabric softeners as they can affect the print's adhesion and appearance.

**Do Not Bleach - Bleach can severely damage the print and fabric, so it should be avoided entirely.

**Air Dry - Hang the T-shirt to air dry or lay it flat. Avoid direct sunlight which can fade the colors

**Avoid High Heat - Do not use tumble dryers. High heat can cause the print to crack, peel, or warp.

**Ironing - If ironing is necessary, do not iron directly on the print. Use a low heat setting and iron the T-shirt inside out or place a cloth between the iron and the print.

**Storage - Store the T-shirt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the print quality over time.
