Every Stay Up Pray Up item is made to order just for you, so please review our return and exchange policy below before you buy.

Final Sale

All items are made to order and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before ordering)
• Color preference
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Digital products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at stayupprayup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• The subject line: Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item

If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. Approved issues may receive a replacement of the same item.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
