At Stay Up Pray Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please read our return and exchange policy below for guidance.

**1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:**
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused/unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

- If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email stayupprayup@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

**2. Non-Returnable Items:**
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

**3. Process for Returns and Exchanges:**
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@stayupprayup.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. and a photo.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

**4. Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure that your item reaches us safely.

**5. Refunds:**
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**6. Exchanges:**
- If you request an exchange for a different size or item, we will process it as soon as we receive the returned item, subject to availability.
- If the item you want for an exchange is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

**7. Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may request photos of the damaged item for quality control purposes.
