At Stay Up Pray Up, each order is handled with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

 

All items are made to order and/or special order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination

We currently ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping partners.

 

 

 

Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Stay Up Pray Up is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service or carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • High-volume seasons or holidays

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Stay Up Pray Up is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to address issues may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Stay Up Pray Up is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

 

At this time, Stay Up Pray Up [choose one: does / does not] offer international shipping.
