Final Sale Policy

All Stay Up Pray Up items are made-to-order and/or special order and are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo of the issue
  • Subject line: Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer standard exchanges. Approved issues may receive a replacement for the same item only.

 

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer.
